The Company’s issued share capital consists of 636,706,423 ordinary shares of 1p each, with one voting right per share. There are no shares held in treasury.  All of the Company’s issued shares have been admitted to AIM, The London Stock Exchange’s Alternative Investment Market and there are no restrictions on the transfer of those shares.  The Company’s shares are not traded on any other current or future exchanges and platforms.
