The requirements of safety and care for passengers and staff are key to the transport industry. Our systems are operational everywhere from Scotrail in the North to Virgin Cross Country's service from Penzance; from Arriva Train Wales to Hull Trains on the East Coast - we have the UK covered. We also supply to major stations and transit systems including the Docklands Light Railway in London. Outside the UK we also span Metro to Mainline systems, from Madrid to Minneapolis.

Our in-house transport team includes engineering for product development and design services; project management; installation; service, support, maintenance and repair; and lifetime product support.
This all comes together in total turnkey projects where we work closely with train operators, rolling stock owners, train builders, refurbishers, station operators and consultants.
Our transport portfolio spans from on-board equipment through to trackside, depot, platform and stations where we offer full control room capabilities. These systems are capable of threat detection such as unattended luggage or abnormal passenger behaviour.
Our eyeTrain CCTV system is rail-proven and digital end-to-end, with superb image quality and terabyte storage capacity. It captures video from the seating and doorway areas to clearly identify any offenders. eyeTrain also links to other train sub-systems that can include automatic passenger counting, alarms, entertainment, public address and information systems.
High definition mega-pixel cameras can be added to eyeTrain to capture the view from the driver's window - a vital piece of evidence for investigations into trackside incidents.
Petards also offer transmission of video from the trains. Using wireless data capacity; live video or logged events can be transferred without stopping the vehicle's normal operation.
Surveillance from platforms and stations for control room displays is provided by UVMS - which scales from a single site through to multiple locations, all linked via data networks that can run over hundreds of miles, into one seamless system - including our on-board eyeTrain systems.
